Provincial Grand Lodge Sponsored Walk
On Sunday 26th May 2019 The Provincial Grand Lodge Sponsored Walk took place in Pollok Country Park at 9am. The weather wasn't too kind to the brethren with heavy rain at times.
The Brethren started the walk at 9am with The Provincial Grand Master James C. Peddie leading the way.
The event was attended by 48 brethren from the Province who had a nice stroll round the park raising money for The Provincial Grand Masters Charity Pancreatic Cancer Research.
The Provincial Grand Master James C. Peddie thanks all the brethren in attendance for their efforts and the fundraising for his Nominated Charity.
Brethren above is Past Master John Monteith of Lodge Toryglen No.1561 who took part this morning using his walker. John suffers from Guillain-barre syndrome and managed to complete the walk. An inspiration to us all. Hopefully we will have as good a turn out for next years walk.
