The Provincial Grand Master, Brother Andrew Mushet and Substitute Provincial Grand Master, Brother Robert Shaw, who is also presently the Vice President of the Bridgeton Burns Club presented a cheque for £9,000 to Gregory McVey, Director of Business Development at the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice. The sum was recently raised at the Provincial Grand Lodge Burns Night held in the splendour of the Marriott Hotel where generous Masons from within and outwith Glasgow gathered to celebrate the Bard and contribute to the Hospice's Charity.
The Provincial Grand Master was also delighted to supply 100 PPE Visors to the Hospice on behalf of the members of the Glasgow Province to assist the Hospice in their daily battle with the dreadful Covid 19 pandemic . The visors were manufactured locally in Glasgow by Anthony Plastics in Drumchapel.
As you will note the PGM and SPGM observed social distancing and wore protective head and hand equipment.
