With the news being full of information about COVID-19, many people may have failed to realise that yesterday was the 75th Anniversary of the end of World War 2. On Saturday 22 August 2020, the Provincial Grand Master, Brother Andrew Mushet, attended an inter-denominational Drumhead Ceremony to mark this anniversary.
The event was held at Knightswood Cross, Glasgow and the Provincial Grand Master was invited to lay a wreath by the Glasgow and West of Scotland Branch of the Parachute Regimental Association. He was supported by the Depute Provincial Grand Master, Brother Alan Cuthill and the Provincial Grand Senior Warden, Brother Stephen Urie.
The Provincial Grand Master laid the wreath on behalf of the Freemasons of Glasgow.
